At Wow Katana, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great pride in the quality of our handmade samurai swords and want you to love your purchase.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

Conditions for Returns

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • All original packaging and accessories must be included
  • The item must not show signs of wear, use, or modification
  • Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect

Return Process

  1. Contact us via email or WhatsApp to initiate a return request
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We will provide you with a return address and instructions
  4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method
  5. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Shipping Costs

  • A flat $20 return fee will be deducted from your refund to cover restocking and handling costs. This fee is waived if the return is due to a defect or error on our part
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at WhatsApp: +8615157863908 with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made swords (made to your specifications)
  • Items that have been used, sharpened, or altered
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Gift cards

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund after 7 business days, please contact us. First, check your bank account and credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different product, contact us first. The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item and place a new order separately.
